At Prune & Wild, every item is custom made especially for you.

We're a small business that uses a print-on-demand model, working with independent printing partners local to you wherever possible. As soon as you place your order, we pay one of our production partners to individually print your chosen design onto your selected garment.

Because every product is created specifically for your order, rather than taken from existing stock, it is classified as a custom-made item. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and offer premium-quality products at the best possible price. However, it also means we cannot simply return products to stock once they have been produced.

Free Size & Fit Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive.

If your item doesn't fit quite as expected, or you'd simply prefer a different garment style, we'll happily provide a free replacement (less shipping costs) to help you find the perfect fit.

Your replacement can be:

If you'd simply like to return your item, we're happy to issue 100% of the purchase price as Prune & Wild Store Credit once your return has been received and approved.

Because every item is custom made specifically for you, we pay for production each time an order is placed and therefore are unable to resell them. we unfortunately cannot offer refunds back to your original payment method for change-of-mind purchases.
