🔹 Air dry whenever possible to help preserve the fabric. If you use a dryer, keep it on a low setting and avoid mixing with heavy items like jackets.
🔹 Iron inside out on a low setting to avoid direct heat on the design.

This allows us to keep costs down and maintain high quality, so we can offer unique locally made premium products at the best possible price — without waste or overproduction.

Quality is assured and we guarantee your item will arrive in perfect condition.
If it doesn’t, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Sizing:

We totally understand that ordering the wrong size can happen — especially when shopping online. While many fast fashion brands offer free exchanges, we're a boutique print-on-demand design company. Every item is made to order and printed by our production partners across the country, which means we’re unable to offer free exchanges.

That said, we want to help. If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer a one-time reprint of your order for $8.99 per T shirt, $12.99 per long sleeve T shirt and $19.99 per jumper in your preferred size. This helps us cover part of the reprint cost while still giving you a solution.

As a small, independent brand, we’d love to offer free size swaps — but it just isn’t viable with our production model. By offering a significant discount on reprints, this allows us to continue to operate without incurring full loses on those orders. To help prevent future sizing issues, we recommend visiting our Fitting Room, where you’ll find detailed size charts and model photos to help you choose the perfect fit.
