Prune & Wild is a print-on-demand brand. Every item is individually made for your order by one of our independent printing partners, who we pay to produce each item as soon as your order is placed.

This model allows us to keep production local to our customers wherever possible, work with independent printers, and use higher-quality garments while offering thousands of combinations of designs, colours, sizes and styles without mass-producing stock.

14-Day Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive.

If your item doesn't fit quite as expected, or you'd simply prefer a different garment style, size or colour, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll happily arrange an exchange.

To begin the exchange process, simply email info@pruneandwild.com with your exchange request and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Your replacement can be:

• A different size
• A different garment style
• A different colour

Our goal is simple: to make sure you end up with a product you'll genuinely enjoy wearing.

With dozens of different garment styles available, many customers find another fit they love even more.

If you would prefer a refund rather than an exchange, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the actual outbound shipping cost.

As we pay our independent printers to produce every item specifically for each order, when an item is returned we absorb the full cost of its production. For this reason, we do not also absorb the actual cost of shipping the original order to you.

We charge customers a subsidised flat shipping rate of $4.99, although the amount we actually pay for shipping is higher. For refunds, the actual outbound shipping cost is therefore deducted:

US: $5 for the first T-shirt + $2 for each additional T-shirt.

International: $10 for the first T-shirt + $4 for each additional T-shirt.

All remaining eligible amounts will be refunded directly to your original payment method.

Because of the thousands of possible combinations of designs, garments, colours and sizes we offer, returned items cannot practically be restocked and resold. Returned garments will instead be gifted or donated wherever possible.
